Luxury Extension Parkgate

This project was a major refurbishment to a luxury residential property in Parkgate. The refurbishment consisted of an extension to the overall ground floor area of the bungalow and also the addition a second-floor vertical extension. The second floor includes a large open plan living space and a feature balcony with panoramic views over to Wales and along the Dee Estuary.

The open plan second floor required a particularly innovative design with long spanning steels and Glulam timber beams to create a feature luxury space.
