Luxury Extension Wirral
This project was a major refurbishment to a property originally constructed in the 1950s. The property was originally constructed as a bungalow but had been extended outward and vertically several times over the decades. Due to the number of extensions, the house had become to appear mismatched with numerous roof types adjoining one another.
The Client’s desire was to completely reconfigure the space internally on both floors, and to create an appearance to the property externally which suggested it hadn’t been extended and modified over the years.
The proposed works included building out from previous extensions to create a more uniform look to the house, along with adding a re-imagined roof structure over the entire property to eliminate the appearance of various roof structures. Internally, a number of ground floor walls were removed to create an open plan environment and the first floor was completely reconfigured to create four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
