Svitzer Relocation

This project encompassed a number of elements to facilitate the relocation of the Svitzer tug depot from the Bramley-Moore Dock to the Sandon Half-Tide Dock in the Port of Liverpool. JLF were instructed to develop construction level designs and details for the following work items:

• Building foundations.
• New access road surfacing.
• Car park including full depth construction and new kerb lines.
• Surface water drainage.
• New water main for vessel berth hydrants and office supply.
• Wind wall fencing running along quayside.
• Quayside furniture including bollards, ladders and safety chains.
• Civils works relating to the installation of a new HV substation and associated electrical package including lighting columns.
