Serpentine Court

This development comprised the construction of 10 luxury apartments consisting of 8 no. two-bedroom units on the ground and first floor, and 2 no. penthouse three-bedroom units on the second floor with panoramic views over the River Dee and Wales.

The project involved the civil and structural design of foundations, masonry and steelwork, and the subsequent production of technical drawings for the proposed luxury apartment complex. Other works included the design of ancillary items surrounding the building, site civil works, and the SuDs below ground drainage system.
